Carefully selected organically grown tea in the mountains of Shizuoka Prefecture. Here, they roast small lots of old-fashioned but rich-tasting sencha and hojicha with a surprisingly strong taste and aroma.
Tea has various tastes depending on how it is made. Please find your own preferred brewing method.

- Recommended brewing method:
1) Put 6g of tea leaves in a kyusu/ teapot.
2) Put 360cc of boiling water directly into the teapot.
3) Pour the first brew after 10 seconds and the second brew into the cup without waiting.
