Cold Brew Directions:

• Use 1-2 tea bag(s) and pour in 1 litre of room temperature or cold water.
• Cover the pitcher and refrigerate.
• Steep the tea bag(s) for 2 hours.
• Once time is up, discard tea bag(s).
• Tea will keep well, covered and refrigerated, for up to 2 days.

Hot Brew Directions:

• Pour 85°C (185°F) of hot water into a teapot and steep tea bag for at least 20 seconds.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight
