Organic JAS-certified Gyokuro Kukicha from Kagoshima Prefecture, by Sakamotoen Tea, a tea farmer, who makes organic gyokuro in Shibushi City, Kagoshima Prefecture.
After many years of research on making delicious tea, they discovered that the secret of delicious tea lies in the fertilizer. In order to enhance the umami of tea, they use their own organic fermented fertilizer (blurring) to make delicious and discerning tea.
The umami made from fertilizer is filled with the passion and kindness of farmers.
It is a delicious gyokuro grown by blur cultivation (organic farming).

- Instructions:
Prepare hot water cooled to 50 to 60 degrees Celsius, put tea leaves for 3 people (about 10 g) in a kyusu, pour hot water, and steep for about 2 minutes. Enjoy!
